1950, Mansour Chemaly in Darooun, a small village next to Harissa famous Lady of Lebanon, started making his tasty ice cream using the old classical bucket method delivering five basic flavors (rose, lemon, almond, milk and chocolate) then moved to Beirut - Monot street to continue his ice-cream making passion and with the help of his sons Samir & Ghassan, Le Crémier was born.
